These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of graidemind.com (the "Site"), our web-based platform, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using GraideMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
GraideMind is an AI-powered grading platform that helps teachers, schools, and educational professionals grade essays efficiently. Users can upload multiple essays, receive AI-generated feedback and scores, and access additional features depending on their plan (Free or Paid). We may expand our services to support other forms of assessments in the future.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to use GraideMind. By using our Services, you confirm that you can legally enter into a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
To access certain features, you must create an account using your email and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
GraideMind offers both Free and Paid subscription plans.
Free plan users can access limited grading and feedback features.
Paid users receive enhanced grading capabilities, higher essay limits, and additional analytics features. Payments are processed securely via our third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). All prices are displayed in USD (or as otherwise indicated) and may change at any time. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in our refund policy.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us atinfo@graidemind.com within 7 days of the charge. We may, at our discretion, issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. Otherwise, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
GraideMind uses artificial intelligence to generate grading feedback and essay analysis. While we strive for accuracy, you understand and agree that AI-generated results are advisory and not a substitute for human judgment. GraideMind does not guarantee 100% accuracy, fairness, or error-free outputs. You are responsible for how you use or rely on the feedback provided.
You agree not to use the platform to upload or process content that is unlawful, plagiarized, or violates others’ rights; interfere with or disrupt our systems or servers; or attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our software or AI models. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, misuse, or suspicious activity.
All content, algorithms, and trademarks associated with GraideMind are owned or licensed by us. You retain ownership of the essays and materials you upload, but you grant GraideMind a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze them for the purpose of providing our Services.
Your privacy is important to us. OurPrivacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your information. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to GraideMind, but we do not guarantee it. We may temporarily suspend or modify the Services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.
GraideMind is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated results, continuous availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GraideMind and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data, profits, or goodwill; or reliance on AI-generated feedback or grading. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last 6 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activities, or if we discontinue the Service. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect new features, laws, or operational practices. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
